About Justin Hill

Missouri State Representative - 108th District


Justin is a 39 year old, 15 year resident of the community, and life-long resident of Missouri.  He is number 4 in a family of 5 children to his mother Mary Hill, a retired RN, and his father William Hill, a retired computer software engineer.  Justin has been married to his wife Mandy for 13 years.  Mandy is a homemaker and mother to four boys; Ethan (11), Matthew (9), Jackson (6) and Gavin (4).


Justin and Mandy are parishioners at Immaculate Conception Church of Dardenne where their children attend school.


Justin began his law enforcement degree work at St. Louis Community College, obtained an Associates Degree, was subsequently awarded a tuition grant by the St. Louis County Police Department, and graduated the St. Louis County and Municipal Police Academy.

Justin earned his Bachelor's degree in Management from Bellevue University and is currently working towards his Masters degree in Public Administration from Liberty University.


In 2001, Justin began his career as a police officer.  In 2006 he accepted an undercover position with the St. Charles County Regional Drug Task Force.  Justin's duties included the direct purchase of illicit narcotics, surveillance, and writing search warrants on known violent offenders.

In 2008, Justin was selected as the first member of the St. Charles County Drug Task Force to be assigned to the Drug Enforcement Administration.  His duties included the investigation of large drug trafficking organizations through undercover purchases, wire-tap investigations, and interdiction methods.

In 2010, Justin was promoted to Sergeant by the O'Fallon Missouri Police Department. He returned to uniform duties and supervised patrol operations. In 2014, Justin resigned his position at the police department so he could hold public office.


In 2010, Justin joined the insurance firm, Visor Benefits, and became a licensed health insurance producer where he helped the firm develop a "free-market" based, defined contribution benefit plan.  The defined contribution benefit plan proved to be a successful solution for employers struggling to offer health insurance benefits.

Justin currently serves as the Vice President of Sales at Visor Benefits.   

Justin continues to help employers find alternatives to avoid the economic hardships created by ObamaCare.


Justin is the Past-President of the Dove Meadows Homeowner's Association and helped facilitate the transition to a new developer after the previous builder went bankrupt and left the neighborhood unfinished.

  • Justin is a three-year Committeeman for the Gateway Longspurs Chapter of the National Wild Turkey Federation.
  • Justin is a third degree member of the Knights of Columbus in the Dardenne Prairie Council.
  • Justin is a proud member of the National Rifle Association and Missouri Right to Life.
  • Justin is active with the St. Louis Association of Health Underwriters and the Missouri Association of Insurance Agents.
